Easter Activities

Friday 3rd April
Now that you do not have school work for the next two weeks here are some activities that you could do :)
Please remember that these are suggestions and there is no pressure to complete these activities.
Here are some skills and tasks that you could do:
– learn how to tie your shoe laces
– help wash up/tidy up after breakfast/dinner
– make your bed everyday
– clean your room
For Easter themed activities you could also try these:
You could also try baking some of these simple recipes at home if you have some of the ingredients:
The teachers in SS Peter and Paul's have also created an Easter Ideas Pick and Mix where you can choose different activities that you would like to do. Please note: We do not endorse any of the video links included or their creators. They have been screened for suitability but you are always advised to check them yourself also!  If the owner of any link would like it removed, please email office@sspeterandpauljns.ie and it will be removed immediately.

You can also find more activity ideas at the bottom of the School Closure Work tab on the blog.

Hi everyone! We are delighted to announce that next week is SS Peter & Paul’s Wellness Week.  Pupils, parents & staff have worked extremely hard since mid-March. Next week will be an opportunity for the school as a whole to step back from the books.  Our mental health & self-care is so important. Therefore, we will be suggesting some well-being activities to try together- mindfulness colouring, mindfulness breathing & meditation, nature art & gratitude.  All classes from Junior up to 2nd will receive the same suggested wellness plan for the week. We look forward to recharging the batteries & focusing on our well-being together as a whole school community. The Wellness Week Plan will be up on the blog on Tuesday morning! I have also received lots more photos, that you can look at on the Our Class from Home page to check out what everyone has been up to! Finally, a big Happy Birthday to Emily who turned 9 yesterday! ...
